PODIMATAS GROUP implemented Teleperformance Greece CRM Grand Prix Awards

An innovative and extremely dynamic virtual event took place in Athens, by Teleperformance Greece: the CRM Grand Prix Customer Service Awards.

The CRM Grand Prix has been established on an annual basis in Greece by Teleperformance Greece, a member of the multinational group of Teleperformance, the largest company in the provision of "Customer Experience Management" in the world, in order to highlight and reward the best Contact Centers in our country.

It was held in Greece for the 21st consecutive year with participation from 39 companies and from 6 different branches of activity that employ more than 4,000 tele-representatives.

The companies that excelled in the CRM Grand Prix of 2019, participated in the categories:

• Telephone Response over 50 tele-representatives

• Telephone Response of less than 50 tele-representatives

• E-Mail Response

This year, the award ceremony took place on Friday, January 22, 2021, at the premises of PODIMATAS GROUP and specifically in one of the Green Screen Hologram Studios of the group, in Pikermi, combining the remote connection of the winners with the physical presence of the coordinators
