About Travel Trade Athens
Buyers are matched up with the most relevant suppliers before the event. They will have a full schedule of pre-assigned appointments, which take place at the same venue over two days. Suppliers have opportunities to network with additional buyers at networking sessions and social events, and participate in site inspections and thematic tours.
Yes. All delegates must register in advance to attend the event. No walk-in registration is allowed. You can register here [LINK TO REGISTRATION PAGE]. Please let us know in advance if the name of your company or representative changes.
Both suppliers and buyers have a full programme of pre-scheduled appointments for the two-day event.
a. Appointment requests
You will receive an email from ETOA asking you to make your appointment requests online. Indicate which companies you most want to meet.
b. Appointment assignments
You will be assigned appointments based on your requests and those of other companies. Both suppliers and buyers will submit requests.
c. Provisional appointments
You will receive a provisional list of appointments via email in the week prior to Travel Trade Athens.
d. Final appointments
A final schedule of appointments will be sent to all participants one day before the event. A copy of your schedule, with full contact details, will also be provided upon registration at Travel Trade Athens.
If you are a buyer, you can expect to have between 14 and 31 appointments.
If you are a supplier, you are guaranteed to have at least 14 appointments. Every appointment lasts 14 minutes.
It is not possible to accommodate every appointment request. But there are plenty of networking opportunities, including free meeting slots, lunch and coffee breaks, and the farewell dinner.
