The ground floor of the building houses an autonomous and accessible room of 600 sq.m., with a maximum capacity of 400 people. The ground floor exhibition space can host conference-type events, workshops, lectures and seminars. Where appropriate, it can also host art exhibitions and art events. During the first year of operation of the Serafio of the Municipality of Athens, more than 120 events were hosted in its exhibition space, while it welcomed approximately 10,000 visitors and participants. The hosted activities fall mainly in the areas of Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Culture, Education and Civil Society.
